“This family-run guesthouse sits right on historic Mermaid Street, putting guests in the heart of Rye's charm. I particularly like the sound of the on-site Mermaid Street Café, known for its local dishes and that iconic ice cream. It's a very community-focused place, which, for me, elevates a stay beyond just the room itself.”

family room spacious clean bathroom central location ground floor room noisy single glazed window street sounds
the family room was spacious. i liked its clean bathroom. the location was central, so i could explore easily.
our ground floor room was noisy because of people talking outside. the single glazed window didn't block street sounds. it made it hard to sleep soundly.
